Venable LLP is seeking a detail oriented, collaborative, and technologically savvy Legal Administrative Assistant to join the Tax and Wealth Planning practice group in our Century City office. This person will perform an expanded range of administrative support tasks for the Practice Group, including lawyers, paralegals and legal administrative assistants

Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for...

  • Providing comprehensive executive level scheduling
  • Managing travel arrangements, expenses, and calendar events
  • Providing time entry and document review support
  • Assisting with projects and administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will demonstrate...

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use discretion when managing client files
  • Ability to prioritize requests for file searches and retrievals
  • Professional interaction with individuals at all levels of the organization
